Ingredients

  1. 200 gms Paneer cut in to slices
  2. 100 gm soya granuals (chura)
  3. 100 gm green peas boiled and crushed
  4. 2-3 green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. to taste Salt
  12. as needed For serving :- base of green peas tikki, tomato gravy or tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients for stuffing except paneer slice. And mix well.

    Take one slice of paneer and spread a layer of filling.

    Roll carefully. Heat butter or oil in a pan put a paneer roll carefully and roast for 2-3 minutes.

    You can also at serving time preheat the grill for 5 minutes.

    Take plate and spread tomato gravy and put base of green peas and put paneer roll on it.

    Serve immediately as a party snack.
