Ingredients

  1. 1 cup vetki fish/prawn (boiled with water & 1 pinch salt)
  2. 1 tablespoon Onion paste
  3. 1 table spoon Garlic paste
  4. to taste Green chilli paste
  5. 1 table spoon Lemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoons Chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon White oil
  9. This all ingredients for momo stuffing
  10. 1 & 1/2 cup Next ingredients for momo dough:- white flour
  11. 2 pinch salt
  12. 1 tablespoon White oil
  13. 1 teaspoon Bakeing powder

Cooking Instructions

    All stuffing ingredients mix well

  2. 2

    All dough ingredients mix by water & make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Then make momo

  4. 4

    & Momo deep fry by white oil

  5. 5

    Then dip momo in

  6. 6

    Then fried momo dip in schezwan sauce

  7. 7

    Ready your yummy yummy schezwan fish momo
