Marinate the cleaned fish with salt, red chilli and turmeric powder, let it marinate for about 30mins

Heat the pan and add oil, coat the fish with the semolina and shallow fry in the pan.

Turn the fish over when cooked on one side, and the let the other side cook. The fish is done when the flesh turns white.
