Corn cheese balls

  1. 1 cup Grinded American corn
  2. 1 Boiled potato
  3. 1 cup Meshed paneer
  4. 4 Cheese cube
  5. 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  6. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  10. 1-2 Finely chopped green chilli
  11. 1 tbsp Maida
  12. to taste Salt
  13. as needed Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl put ground corn, mashed potatoes,mashed paneer,green chilli,red chilli powder,chat masala, pepper powder and garam masala and salt and mix it well

    Now cut cheese cube in pieces 1 by 4

    Now take some portion of corn mixture on palm and put cheese cube in it and cover properly and make a balls and keep aside

    Take a bowl put maida and add some water to make a smooth batter and add pinch of pepper powder

    Now dip balls in maida better and coat with bread crumbs and fry it on medium flame till golden brown and crispy

    Corn cheese balls are ready

    Enjoy with chutney or souce
