Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup maida
  2. 1/4 cup cornflour
  3. 1 cup bread crumbs powdered
  4. 1 potato
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1/2 bowl cabbage
  7. 1/2 bowl cauliflower
  8. 1/2 bowl dudhi / bottle gourd
  9. as needed Oil for frying
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 2 tsp black pepper
  12. 2 tsp lal mirch powder
  13. 1 tsp amchur powder
  14. 1 cup water

Cooking Instructions

    Boil all the veggies in cooker for 3/4 whistles with minimum water,add little salt.

    Open the cooker once it cools down. Remove water by draining with strainer. Mash all the veggies after it's on room temperature.

    Add salt,all mirch powder,black pepper,amchur powder,maida,corn flour and bread crumbs.

    Mix all the ingredients nicely and applying little oil on hands,make heart shape of cutlets by binding nicely tight shape.

    Now let oil get hot in Kadhai or shallow pan,place cutlets softly and fry on medium to slow flame till golden brown. Similarly prepare all cutlets same way before coffee is ready.

    Now prepare coffee and enjoy vegetable cutlets with it.
