Walnut cake(eggless)
Healthy easy homemade eggless walnut cake.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup maida

1/2 cup powder sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 cup milk
-
1/2 cup milkmaid
-
1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup chopped walnut

For icing
-
3 tbs cocoa powder
-
1 1/2 tbs butter
-
2 tbs milk
-
1/2 cup powder sugar or icing sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.

In a bowl sieve all dry ingredients maida, baking soda and baking powder except sugar 3 times so that all ingredients mix together well.

In another large mixing bowl take butter, milkmaid and powder sugar and mix well. Whisk the mixture till it appears puffy.

Add half milk and mix well. Now add half maida mix nicely. Then add remaining milk and rest of maida and whisk the mixture. Now add chopped walnuts. Mix well.

Batter is ready for the cake. Grease the container with ghee. Sprinkle some maida all over the container or place butter paper at the bottom of container.

Pour the mixture in the container. Place it in microwave and set microwave convection mode at 180 degree centigrade for 25 minutes.

Once done take out the cake. Let it cool down.

Meanwhile prepare the chocolate cream to apply on cake.

In mixing bowl add butter, sugar powder, cocoa powder and milk together and mix well. Using electric mixture bit the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes till it becomes thick and spreading consistency.

When the cake becomes cool down completely spread the chocolate cream on it. Cut into pieces and serve.
