Green Peas with Fenugreek Leaves Curry (Methi Mutter Masala)
Ingredients

2 cups chopped fenugreek leaves

3 medium sized chopped onions

1 1/2 cups boiled green peas

15-20 almonds

2 tsp oil

1 green chilli

1 tbsp coriander leaves

1 tbsp mint leaves

1 tbsp curd

1/4 tsp roasted coriander and cumin powder

little chilli powder
-
little turmeric
-
1" piece of cinnamon stick

4 cloves

to taste salt
Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the mustard seeds.
Then put cloves, cinnamon stick onions and cook till it becomes light brown in colour.
Add turmeric powder mix and keep aside for cooling. Put a little oil in the same pan and add chopped fenugreek leaves.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Make puree of cooked onions, mint leaves, green chilli, coriander leaves, curd and almonds.
Put this puree in the cooked fenugreek leaves. -

Add the green peas, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted coriander, and cumin powder cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati rice or roti.
