Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg sago washed and soaked in night
  2. 2 tbsp Groundnut roasted and roughly grinded
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tomato chopped
  5. 3 chillies chopped and curry leaves
  6. 4 potatoes peeled and chopped
  7. Coriander leaves for garnish
  8. to taste Rock salt

Steps

  1. First add half cup ghee and fry potatoes and take it out.....in that ghee add cumin green chillies and curry leaves.....add chopped tomatoes and cook till it softened......now add sago and groundnut powder and fried potatoes and add rock salt.....and mix well and garnish with chopped Coriander...

  2. Note....you have to add more quantity of rock salt than compared to salt we daily use....
