Ingredients

5-6 onion

2 tomato

1/2 cup gramflour

2 green chilli

1/2 cup curd

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp redchilly powder

to taste Salt

1 tsp cumin seeds

Oil as required
Cooking Instructions

Peel the onion,make cross cut to fill the stuffing.

Roast gramflour all masala's little according to taste,off the flame.Stuff the onions.

Take a pan add little oil add all stuffed onion's and cover with a lid in medium flame till it's little soft.

For gravy- Grind tomato and green chilli,take a pan add oil and cumin seeds,now add tomato puree and cook,after that add roasted gramflour in it and beaten curd and mix properly.Add all masala's like salt,garam masala,chaat masala,redchilly powder,coriander powder and cook till oil leaves the side of pan.

Add little water if it's too thick,off the flame.Place the onion in it and cover them,Enjoy with chapati or rice.
