Grease a tray for the poha namkeen to set
Wash poha and let it soak for couple of minutes. I have used brown buns but you can use any bread. Soak in water and squeeze the water out and add to poha. Add all ingredients and make a dough. If it looks dry add more yogurt. Set in the greaseproof tray. Leave it to set for ten minutes and cut in small pieces. Shallow fry or deep fry. Whichever you prefer.
