Ingredients

1/2 tsp red chilli

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 cup fresh tomato puree

1/2 tsp chat masala

as needed some pieces of lemon wedges

5 tsp mustard oil
Cooking Instructions

Take a arbi perl wash and rub in salt keep a side for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes arbi wash and dry them.

Take a pan add 2 tsp of mustard oil,then oil is hot add arbi mix and cover for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes then arbi is fried for both sides keep a side.

Then 3 tsp mustard oil is smoked add tomato puree and all masala saute add arbi pieces mixed and cover with lid.

Then arbi cooked.Serve with lemon wedges.
