Take a bowl add Suji, curd,palak and salt.Mix it well.

Mix it properly add about 5 tbsp of water (approx)and whisk well.

Grease Idli moulds with oil.Fill water in idli stand and keep it to boil.

Finally add eno and mix it nicely.Fill the Idli mix in the greased moulds.Decorate with corns and keep on high flame for the idlis to cook properly.

Switch off the flame and allow the idlis to cool.Now unmould the idlis and serve with sambhar and Chutney

Your Healthy idlis are ready to eat.
