Ingredients

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 125 gm saboodana
  3. 150 gm sugar
  4. 50 gm kaju tukdi (cashew pieces)
  5. 200 ml water

Cooking Instructions

    Soak saboodana for 3 hours.

    Add saboodana in the milk and put on gas.

  3. 3

    Let the milk boil and then turn gas to low flame.

  4. 4

    Stir occasionally and cook it for one hour.

  5. 5

    Then add kaju tukdi and add sugar and mix it.

  6. 6

    Your saboodana kheer is ready to serve.
