Heat oil in a pan

Put cumin seeds in it

Put chopped onions and saute it

Add green chilli and chopped tomatoes

Put salt and red chilli

Now add crumbled paneer in it and mix well

Take a kulcha and spread paneer bhurji on it

Cover with 2nd kulcha

Heat butter on tawa and roast the kulchas from both sides

Cut from the centre

Serve with kechup
