Suji Mawa Burfi

Ingredients

  1. 250 gm Suji
  2. 200 gm Mawa
  3. 150 Sugar or to taste
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 1 tbsp Ghee
  6. 1 pinch each Mango and green colour
  7. As needed dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat ghee then roast suji for 6 to 7 minutes and then place coconut andd after 1 minute off the flame

    In another pan add mawa,cook it,,add milk and sugar mix it and now add suji mix andd cook till mixture become thick

    Divide the mixture in two parts.in a part mango colour and in another part mix green colour. now grease a plate with ghee place green mixture then mango colour mixture over it..

    Now decorate with silver verk an dry fruits cut in burfi shape...let it be cool and enjoy this 2 colour burfi
