Paneer Corn Tikki Masala
Ingredients

1/2 cup crushed paneer

1/2 cup sweet corn

3 tbsp all purpose flour

1/2 tsp red chilli
-
1 tsp amchur powder
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp green chillies
-
to taste Salt

as needed Ghee for frying

Gravy
-
1/4 cup cashews paste
-
1/4 cup brown onion paste
-
1 cup curds
-
2 tbsp oil
-
2 tbsp garlic paste
-
1 tsp garammasala
-
1 tsp red chilli powder
-
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
-
1 tsp kitchen king masala

to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl add paneer,corn, all purpose flour & dry spices along with ginger garlic paste and green chillies & mix well.

Make small round tikki with it. & shallow fry these with some ghee in a pan.

To prepare gravy; heat some oil in a pan. Add garlic paste & cashews paste in it. Cook for 2 minutes.

Then add curds & mix well by continually stirring it. Add brown onion paste to it. Again cook for 5 minutes.

Add dry spices/masala to it. Lastly add kasuri methi.

Then drop all the tikki in the gravy & cook it for 2minutes. You can add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
