Ingredients

  1. 1 Bowl wheat flour
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. To taste salt
  4. 6-7 boiled patatoes
  5. 1 tsp Chopped mint leaves
  6. 1 tsp green coriander leaves
  7. 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. Butter as required

Cooking Instructions

    Add wheat flour, salt oil in a mixing bowl and make a dough

    Keep aside dough for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Add mashed potatoes, chat masala, red chilli powder, green coriander, mint leaves in a mixing bowl mix this mixture

  4. 4

    Make balls with the dough

  5. 5

    Take a ball make roti fill this potato mixture bind and roll it again

  6. 6

    Put paratha on tawa add butter and shallow fry from both sides

  7. 7

    Serve with butter
