Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch bathua saag
  2. 1 bunch spinach
  3. 2 Onions chopped
  4. 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. 1 tsp garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsp corn atta/ flour
  8. 1/2 cup curd
  9. To taste salt and sugar
  10. As needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped and boil the saag

    Prepare a puree of it

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and fry ginger garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion and cook till it gets soft

  5. 5

    Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli powder and Keep stirring

  6. 6

    Add puree of sag and mix well

  7. 7

    Now add corn flour and cur mix well

  8. 8

    Add jaggery and mix
