Sarson saag
Ingredients

1 bunch Sarson saag/ mustard leaves

1 bunch bathua saag

1 bunch spinach
-
2 Onions chopped
-
1 tsp ginger paste
-
1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric powder
-
1 tbsp corn atta/ flour
-
1/2 cup curd
-
1 lemon size sugarcane jaggery
-
To taste salt and sugar

As needed oil
Cooking Instructions

Chopped and boil the saag

Prepare a puree of it
-

Now heat oil and fry ginger garlic
-

Add onion and cook till it gets soft

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli powder and Keep stirring

Add puree of sag and mix well

Now add corn flour and cur mix well

Add jaggery and mix
