Ingredients

  1. 3 arugula (rocket leaves), cleaned and cut into medium pieces
  2. 1 lettuce head, small, washed and cut into medium pieces
  3. 3 chives, cleaned and sliced
  4. 15 cherry tomatoes, or 1 medium tomato cut into small pieces
  5. 100 g feta cheese
  6. 1/4 cup olive oil
  7. 4 tablespoons vinegar
  8. 1 teaspoon mustard
  9. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  10. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  11. 1 garlic, crushed
  12. salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix rocket leaves, lettuce and chives in a deep bowl. Then add in the tomatoes and mix ingredients by hand.

    Prepare the sauce in a bowl by combining the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, basil, oregano, crushed garlic and salt together.

    Add the sauce to the vegetables in the bowl and mix well. Then add in the feta cubes on the surface.

    Serve immediately

I love to cook even though i don't always have time to do it. I like inviting friends and cooking the complete menu from starters to dessert. This I try to do a few times a year. I am big on baking. I started baking at around 6... And I still enjoy it a lot. It is a major stress reliever and I love the smells that come out from the oven! Plus it is always kind of magical to witness a batter becoming a cake :) Favorite things to cook: banana muffins, fancy salads, brownies. All kind of pasta.
