I am a MBA grad, an ex-Independent Marketing Consultant, now a full time 'Fusion Chef' at home. Born foodie is what I call myself. With dad's transferable job, I have had an opportunity of traveling across the country to experience some of the amazing local cuisines. I am a tamilian by birth but have spent major part of my growing up years in saddi Dilli. Hence, punju food finds its place more into my kitchen. :) I also love to travel, which lets me to explore and learn the local food culture of a particular place/country. My style of cooking is fairly a mix of traditional as well as unconventional, making it a fusion. I try to improvise a lot of traditional recipes by adding my own twist with easy to available healthy organic produce. You may wonder why is this blog called "Kaapi-licious". If you have been following me on Instagram, you would know how crazy I am of my Filter Kaapi. Our day at home starts and ends with a strong filter kaapi in a davara tumbler! :P
