Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tbsp corn flour
  2. 1 tsp Baking soda
  3. To taste Salt
  4. 1/2 cup Yoghurt beaten
  5. 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  6. as needed Bread crumbs
  7. as needed Onion cut in rings

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add all dry ing and mix well by adding yoghurt and reqd water so mix well to form a batter which is semi liquid.

    In a bowl add 1 tbsp ref flour add rings and close lid and shake well.

    Now in plate add bread crumbs and first dip rings in batter and dein coat in bread crumbs and freeze them for 30 min and then deep fry it.

    Serve hot.
