When you are feeling lazy to roll and cut out mandazi pieces and you decide to make sizeable balls and deep fry them instead😊.
The outcome didn't dissapoint... Crunchy...

Ingredients

3 Cups self raising flour(Sieved)

5 Tablespoon Sugar

2 Tablespoon margarine

1 Teaspoon Cardamon

3 eggs(Beat them one at a time)

1 Cup milk(Cold)
Cooking Instructions

Mix together flour, sugar and Cardamon

Add the margarine and continue mixing.

Make a well and pour the eggs.

Knead as you add milk little by little until you get an elastic consistency.

Make sizeable balls and deep fry under minimal heat.DON'T OVERCROWD THEM

Keep turning them to ensure they cook evenly.
