Very sweet and its cooked during Ramadhan and its very easy to make.

Boil syrup and let it cool.mix the flour,yeast, yogurt and beat thoroughly with your hand.it should be thick enough for you to be able to pick without it flowing down between your fingers.

Cover and let it rise for 1 hour

Heat the oil then pick small portion s and drop on the hot oil.then immediately lower the heat and fry on very low heat.

Stirring the kaimati continuously so that they colour on all sides and get super crunchy.

From the heat place directly into the cooled sugar syrup.serve and enjoy.
