Ingredients

  1. 400 g flour
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 200 g magerine
  4. 1 cup mix of yogurt and butter milk
  5. 200 g sugar

    Grate the lemon to get the zest.

    Squeeze orange to get the juice

    Weigh sugar

    Mix sugar and magerine

  5. 5

    Measure and sift flour

    Add eggs and whisk

    Fold in the flour lemon zest and yogurt butter milk mixture until you have a the right consistency

    Heat your oven or if you're using a jiko prepare it or if you're using a gas heat up your cooking pot. Grease your baking tin pour your mixture into the baking tin and bake for 40 minutes if you're using an oven. If you're using a gas or a jiko wait till you start smelling the scent of the baking cake.
