Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl fresh pineapple
  2. 1/4 cup rose syrup mixed in little water
  3. leaves Few fresh mint
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. Pinch salt
  6. Dessicated coconut for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take the pineapple,mint,salt,sugar & blend it.

  2. 2

    Take the rose syrup mixed with water & put a mint leaf in each & freeze them a day ahead

  3. 3

    Now sieve the juice & strain it.

  4. 4

    Take a glass, rub the rim with a pineapple piece then dip in coconut

  5. 5

    Pour the juice, then add the ice cubes. Garnish with pineapple & mint leaves

  6. 6

    Serve chilled
