Ingredients

5 medium sized scotch bonnet

3 red bell peppers

3 medium sized onions

6-7 garlic

Seasonings of your choice
Cooking Instructions

Crush your garlic, scotch bonnet and red bell peppers and slice onions

Please don't use water in blending the red bell peppers and scotch bonnet😫😫PLEASE!!

Place a pot on fire and add liltle amount of oil,add garlic and little onions and saute for about four minutes

Add the crush mixture and stir occasionally
Keep stirring until you perceive the sweet smell of the mixture -

Add seasonings and stir,at this step we add the sliced onions and stir

Add the steam spinach and cook for about two minutes then take of the heat and serve

Note:1. steaming spinach makes it to maintain its green colour and will take time when cooking

2. Leaving your spinach to cook long makes it to looks bad and it will not attract people. TAKE NOTE

Spinach sauce can be serve with rice,tuwo or sinasir
