Boiled plantain and veggie sauce

Wash your plantains, peel it and boil it with little salt

Slice your tomatoes, onion, pepper and kale leaf and put at side.

Put your oil in a pan to heat up then add in your sliced vegetables to fry for few minutes

Add in your fish, big crayfish and stir together. Allow to cook for 5mins

Add in your kale leaf and stir together, cook for 2mins and it ready. Serve it hot with the plantains.
