Japanese Yakisoba Assorted Vegetable Noodle's
Ingredients

200 gms Egg Noodles

1/2 Red Bell peppers sliced

1/2 Yellow Bell peppers Sliced

1 Onion Sliced

100 gms Broccoli florets

100 gms Mushroom sliced

50 gms Spring onions sliced

5-6 Baby corn sliced
-
Salt & pepper - as per taste

1 dash Dark soy sauce
-
1 dash Vinegar
-
1 dash Oyster Sauce -
Cooking Instructions

Boil water and add some salt and oil

Add noodle's and cook until 95℅ Cooked

Now strain the noodle's in cold running water and apply some oil

Now heat a wok and add some oil

Add sliced onions and stir for a minute

Add remaining Vegetable and stir on a vary high heat

Now add salt and pepper

Finally add all the above listed sauces and vinegar and give it a mix

Add Noodle's and stir it on high heat

Add Spring onions and give it a final mix... Serve hot
