Japanese Yakisoba Assorted Vegetable Noodle's

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gms Egg Noodles
  2. 1/2 Red Bell peppers sliced
  3. 1/2 Yellow Bell peppers Sliced
  4. 1 Onion Sliced
  5. 100 gms Broccoli florets
  6. 100 gms Mushroom sliced
  7. 50 gms Spring onions sliced
  8. 5-6 Baby corn sliced
  9. Salt & pepper - as per taste
  10. 1 dash Dark soy sauce
  11. 1 dash Vinegar
  12. 1 dash Oyster Sauce -

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and add some salt and oil

  2. 2

    Add noodle's and cook until 95℅ Cooked

  3. 3

    Now strain the noodle's in cold running water and apply some oil

  4. 4

    Now heat a wok and add some oil

  5. 5

    Add sliced onions and stir for a minute

  6. 6

    Add remaining Vegetable and stir on a vary high heat

  7. 7

    Now add salt and pepper

  8. 8

    Finally add all the above listed sauces and vinegar and give it a mix

  9. 9

    Add Noodle's and stir it on high heat

  10. 10

    Add Spring onions and give it a final mix... Serve hot
