Ingredients

  1. 4 cups water
  2. 6 russet Potatoes
  3. 1 Ib lean beef
  4. 1 Ib bison
  5. 1 cup Guinness bottle
  6. 3 tbln Flour
  7. turmeric to taste
  8. cumin to taste
  9. Salt pepper
  10. Green spring onion
  11. Pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Add 4 cups of water to pot, put at medium heat to begin peeling potatoes.

    While water is beginning to heat up peel all 6 russet potatoes.

    Once water is at rolling boil, add diced potatoes. Cool until translucent or fork tender.

    While potatoes are being cooked add bison and lean ground beef in bowl and mix together very well.

    Add Extra Virgin olive oil to pan and add meats. Cook thoroughly.

    Add seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili lime seasoning, sliced garlic.

    Then in a oven safe container, place the cooked ground beef at the bottom and then top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on MP then in oven for 10minuted and done!

Hola me parece excelente está comida .solo quiero preguntar dónde se puede comprar carne de bisonte aquí en España lo veo muy difícil gracias un saludo
