Halwa puri with chickpeas, potatoes tarkari🔥🔥😋

Ingredients

For puri!!!

2 cup Flour

1 tbs salt
-
2 tbs Oil
-
Water as you required

For chickpeas tarkari!!!

2 large Tomatoes (blenched and grinded)

2 large Onion (grinded)

1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
-
2 tsp Salt
-
1 tbs Red chilli powder
-
1 tbs All spices powder/(garam masala powder)

half tsp Haldi
-
2 Green chillies chopped
-
2 tbs Coriander leaves
-
For Potatoes tarkari!!!

1 tbs Red chilli crushed
-
1 tsp Salt
-
half tsp Rai Dana
-
half tsp Kalonji
-
half cup Water
-
Mix prickel (AACHAR)

In a bowl add flour, salt, oil. Mix and gradually add water and knead until dough is soft. And rest it for 10 to 15 minutes. After a 10 to 15 minutes make a small ball of dough same size and make round shape with the help of rolling pin and in a wok heat oil fry them in hot oil.

For chickpeas tarkari!!!

Turn on the flame. In a wok Heat the oil. Then add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and cook on medium to high flame until oil comes out then add chickpeas in it and mix and add water and cook for medium to low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. Now chickpeas tarkari is ready. 😋

For Potatoes tarkari!!!

In a wok, heat oil. In heated oil add, rai Dana, kalonji, red chilli crushed, salt and mix then add potatoes and water and cook on medium to low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.then add prickel(Aachar. And give it mix. Now your potatoes tarkari is ready. 😋🔥
