ベイクドポテト Baked Potato

多忙な人お勧め。Recommended for busy people. Freezes well.
材料

Potato
400g (2 Large)
Butter (Unsalted)
30g
Low Fat Milk
50ml
Basil Leaves (Dried)
1.5 Large Tbs
Pepper (Ground)
1 pinch

Soak peeled & diced potato in cold water to reduce starch.

Drain the potatoes. Microwave the potatoes for 5 min (900w).

Put the hot potatoes & other ingredients in a bowl. Blend.

Put mixture in nonstick muffin pan. Bake at 200C for 10 min.

Optional:Line with aluminum foil cup. Easy to remold.

Remove potato "muffins." Cool to room temprature.

Wrap each "muffin" in plastic and freeze.

When you wish, defrost and then pan brown the "muffins."

Hotelで食べたベイクドポテトがおいしく、自分流にアレンジ。I ate similar baked potato "muffins" at a hotel and created this home version.
