Line the oven tray (about 37cm x 25cm) with baking paper.
Prepare everything in separated bowls.
Combine eggs and sugar in large bowl.Preheat oven to 180℃.
Place the bowl over saucepan of simmering water.
Do not allow water to touch base of bowl. Keep stirring.
When it gets about "bath temperature" remove from the heat.
Quickly beat the mixture on high speed with electric mixer.
When it gets thick and creamy,change mixer speed to low.
Keep beating on low speed for 30 sec until mixture is fine.
Sift the flour over the mixture, carefully fold in flour.
Quickly and carefully fold in oil & milk mixture.
After mixing all theingredients,mixture should be fluffy.
Pour mixture into prepared oven tray.
If you have a dough scraper, it would be handy.
Use it like this.
The batter is spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven about 10-12 mins.
Ta-dah! Immediately put it onto wooden board or wire rack.
Cover with baking paper and cloth to keep the moisture in.
Wait for 30 mins to cool it down.
Meanwhile, dissolve sugar in lukewarm water to make syrup.
You can add a few drops of liquor into the syrup.
Carefully turn it over and remove the baking paper.
Brush the syrup all over the sponge.
It is ready to spread your favorite cream and roll it!
Rest the rolled cake in a fridge at least for 30 mins.
Slice the cake, and enjoy!
