Description

No egg and meat, delicious AND healthy tofu hamburg steak.

材料 (6 servings)

Extra Firm Tofu *drained*
1 pack
Panko( Japanese Bread Crumbs )
1/2 cup
Small Onion
1
Dried Shiitake
1/4 cup
☆Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp
☆Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp
☆Nutmeg
1/4 tsp
☆Onion Powder
1/2 tsp
☆Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
☆Salt
1/8 tsp
☆Black Peppers
1/8 tsp
◼︎Sauce◼︎
◎Vegan BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup
◎Ketchup
1/2 cup
◎Water
1 1/2 cup
◎Pure Maple Syrup
2 tbsp

作り方

    Drain off the excess water from tofu.

    Finely chop the onion and shiitake.

    Stir fry chopped onion and shiitake for 5 mins.

    Place drained tofu in a food processor.

    And make tofu paste( do not over mix ).

    Add bread crumbs and onion/shiitake in a bowl.

    Add tofu paste and ☆( spices ).

    Mix well.

    Divide into 6 equal portions and shape them.

    Put flour lightly on both sides.

    Put oil in a heated pan and fry patties well on both sides.

    Pour ◎( sauce mix ) evenly on top of hamburg.

    Cover and let it cook for about 20 mins.* low heat*

If the tofu mixture is too loose, add more panko.
