Small Onion

Dried Shiitake
1/4 cup

☆Onion Powder

◎Vegan BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup
◎Ketchup
1/2 cup
◎Water
1 1/2 cup
◎Pure Maple Syrup

Drain off the excess water from tofu.

Finely chop the onion and shiitake.

Stir fry chopped onion and shiitake for 5 mins.

Place drained tofu in a food processor.

And make tofu paste( do not over mix ).

Add bread crumbs and onion/shiitake in a bowl.

Add tofu paste and ☆( spices ).

Mix well.

Divide into 6 equal portions and shape them.

Put flour lightly on both sides.

Put oil in a heated pan and fry patties well on both sides.

Pour ◎( sauce mix ) evenly on top of hamburg.
