Eat Takenoko in a casual home-cooking style!

材料 (4人分)

Boiled Bamboo Shoot
400g
Soy Sauce
40cc
Sugar
Big Spoon 3-4
Vegetable Oil
Big Spoon 3-4

作り方

    Slice boiled bamboo shoot. Bite size.

    Heat Salad Oil in a pan and add the sliced bamboo shoot.

    When the oild goes around and the bamboo shoot is nicely →

    warmed, add soy sauce and sugar.
    Fry them shaking the pan.
