Chop veges and meat and/or seafood into bite-size pieces
In saucepan, cook the ingredients with oil.
Cook the ingredients until onions are lightly browned.
Add water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat.
Simmer until the veges become soft.(about 20 minutes)
Remove from heat. Break S&B curry sauce mix into saucepan.
Stir until the block of the mix has completely melted.
Simmer and stir 5 minutes.
