Put the flour,yeast,suger, salt and butter into a bowl
Add water to yeast and mix all ingredients together
Farmentation timeLet rise for 20 minutes
Cut the dough quaters and make 4 balls of the same size.
Let it rise for 5min, then punch it down gently
Doing that will remove the air bubbles inside the dough
Forma four balls again and put them in a pan
Put the egg on top and garnish with mayonnaise and bake
