Digestive Biscuits
オートミールと全粒粉で健康クッキーを作りました!食物繊維がたっぷり摂れますよ。美味しくて簡単です!

材料 (約20枚)

● Whole wheat flour (全粒粉)
3/4 Cup
● All-purpose flour (小麦粉)
1/4 Cup
● B. P. (ベーキングパウダー)
小さじ 1/2
Rolled oats (オートミール)
大さじ 1
◎ Butter (バター) [室温]
大さじ 4
◎ Brown sugar (黒砂糖)
大さじ 2
Milk (ミルク)
大さじ 4

Warm butter to room temperature. Preheat oven to 190℃ (375 F).

In a bowl, sift ● and add in rolled oats.

Cream ◎ and add it into (2). Stir in milk until a thick paste is formed.

Knead dough until smooth and roll it to 3mm (1/8") thick. Cut the dough into desired shapes.

Prick the cut dough with a fork. Bake for 15~18 minutes or until golden brown.

コツ・ポイント

The amount of sugar can be adjusted for desired sweetness.
