Warm butter to room temperature. Preheat oven to 190℃ (375 F).
In a bowl, sift ● and add in rolled oats.
Cream ◎ and add it into (2). Stir in milk until a thick paste is formed.
Knead dough until smooth and roll it to 3mm (1/8") thick. Cut the dough into desired shapes.
Prick the cut dough with a fork. Bake for 15~18 minutes or until golden brown.
