CHIRASHI-SUSHI♪【英語版】
means scattered-SUSHI which is a traditional Japanese meal.

材料 (Ingredients/3-4servings)

12oz/360ml uncooked rice
11fl oz/330ml water
3oz/90g canned tuna in water
1 avocado
2tbsp lemon juice
3tbsp white wine vinegar
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp mayonnaise
1tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
proper amount of coarse ground black pepper

Instructions【as below】

【1】Wash the measured rice to get rid of the rice bran.

【2】Pour the washed rice into the pot inside the rice cooker

and add 11ounce of water.

【3】Press the start button for cooking rice.

【4】Drain the water from canned tuna.

【5】Peel the avocado and cut it into dice,

then pour the lemon juice over them

to preserve the bright green color.

【6】Loosen the cooked rice after it's done cooking

and place it into a large bowl.

【7】 Add white wine vinegar, olive oil, mayonnaise, sugar,

salt and black pepper to the bowl and mix it well.

【8】And then add tuna and avocado with lemon juice in there

and mix gently.

We usually cook using rice vinegar, Shiitake, Kampyou, Gobo and stuff like that when making Sushi in Japan. However,-
