This is how to cook mochi punch~!

材料 (3-4people)

daikon radish
1/4
carrot
1
taro(if you can find it.)
3-4
napa cabbage
1/4
●boiled water (kept from after boiling vegetables)
1.0L
●dashi powder (Japanese soup stock.)
1tbs
●mirin
1tbs
●cooking sake
3tbs
●soy sauce
2tbs
mochi
as much as you want.
bonito flakes
to taste
love
as much as you want!

Peel, cut and boil all the vegetables except napa in lots of water.

After the vegetables are boiled, there should still be about 1L of hot water. Add ingredients marked with ●.

When the vegetables start to absorb the soup, add cabbage.

Add mochi. Continue to boil until mochi becomes soft and chewy.

Serve in bowls. Top with bonito flakes.

コツ・ポイント

When boiling the mochi, be careful not to let it stick to the pot or it will be very difficult to clean. Also, do not let it overcook.
