Macha Red Bean Buns

甘いだけでなく、パン自然のおしさを味わえるパンです。

Put yeast, sugar and 1/2 of measured flour into a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining flour,

butter and salt.

Pour water over the yeast, then mix until incorporated.

Mix in the contents of the second bowl and mix.

Take the dough out on the table and knead.

in to the bowl. Cover with plastic film and put in a oven

for 25 minutes (~40 degrees)

press into the centre of the dough to let out the air.

Cut the dough into quarters.

Form 4 buns and cover them with plastic film,

let sit for 5 minutes.

Flatten the buns, put the matcha anko filling in

the center and wrap the dough around it.

Let rise in a warm place

Sprinkle some matcha powder over the buns.

Bake it about 15min. in a oven.
