材料 (For 3 or 4 people)

Eggplants
3(350g)
Mentsuyu(staright)(Noodle sause)
150cc
Gated ginger
some

作り方

Cut eggplants to the proper length.

Fry them with oil

Soak them with ginger in Mentsuyu. Cool in the frege.

Don't soak too much to prevent hypertension!
