材料 (4-6 people)

Turkey
around 12 lb
★Brown sugar
200g
★Salt
200g
★Water
around 4L
★Rosemary&time
each 5 branches
★Other Fresh Herbs
few branches
★Lemon
2-3
My favorites stuffing(cooked)
chestnut, chestnut sticky rice etc.

作り方

Wash the turkey.
Cut the lemon into ten equal parts each.

Prepare a double plastic bag in a large container.

Place the all ★mark ingredients to plastic bag.

Then add a turkey.
Save for about 30 hours in a refrigerator

Rinse turkey lightly and wipe with paper towel.

Put on stuffing.(chest down)
Apply olive oil to the skin.

Bake in an oven at 325 ℉ for 1 hour.
Turn the turkey over.

Turns over turkey, it roasts for about 3 hours. +olive oil

Open the oven every 30 minutes and apply broth to the turkey
