Cut the ingredients as you like.
* For broccoli, keep florets and stems separated.
Boil some water and put florets,
Take them out when the color gets vivid green.
In a pan, cook paste, chicken, onion in oil.
When mixed well, add curry powder and flour. Mix them well.
When chicken is mostly cooked, add coconut cream.
When it goes back to boil, add all the other veggies.
If needed, add 1/4 - 1/2C of water.
Bring back to boil. Add fish sauce and sugar.
Taste and adjust, if necessary, using sugar, sauce, curry p.
Add broccoli florets and stir.
Serve with Peanuts on top. Taste good with Jasmine rice..
