Amy 's Salpicone of Pineapple (カシス&コニャック漬けパイナップルデザート)

Amy's party dessert menu. Serve chilled.

材料 (6 servings)

ripe pineapple
approximately 3 pounds
creme de cassis
1/4 cup
cognac
2 Table Spoon
raisins
1 Table Spoon

Cut pineapple into desired sizes/pieces.

In a bowl, mix everything except raisins. Chill in a fridge for at least 1 hour.

Spoon into six dessert bowls (wine glasses are good) and serve very cold. Garnish with raisins if desired.
