The decorative dango is about 4.5cm in diameter, but 1.5cm is easier to eat. English:Emi C

I made this recipe so I could show my non-Japanese friend how to make tsukimi dango.
1. | Dango powder |

2. | Add water to the dango powder |
|
3. | Mix until equal consistency as bread dough |
|
4. | Create a round ball by rolling between palms |
|
5. | Put dango from step 4 into boiling water |
|
6. | When the dango floats, scoop out and put into ice water |
|
7. | After it has cooled, move the dango onto a plate |
|
8. | Place the dango like a pyramid by placing 9,4,2 dangos |
|
9. | Decorate the dango with autumn vegetables and fruits |
|
10. | You can eat the dango with the canned fruits |
|
11. | Canned azuki beans |
|
12. | You can eat the dango with the azuki beans |
