when the mixturei s too soft to make shape, put them in fridge.
1.
At first, preheat the oven at 180C. and prepare a pan of boiling water.

Pour the boiling water on Almonds in a bowl.
Leave them for 5 min.
Peer the skin and cut them in really small pieces.

Let's start mixing dry ingrediences. Put butter and suger in a big bowl and mix them well.

Add flour into the mixture. Mix them well and add chopped almonds.
mix them well and then, add vanilla beans and an egg.

If the mixture becomes well blended, let it rest for a couple hours in the fridge.
6.
Take it out from the fridge and take some mixture. and make rings with it. it's supposed to be 5cm in diameter.
7.
Bake these rings at 180C for 10min. They look little bit whitish. (not golden color as we expect)
