Use your homemade yogurt to create your favorite muffins!
1.
Preheat oven to 180℃ (350 F). Let the yogurt and egg be in room temperature.
2.
Sift and mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients well.
3.
Mix in the fruit pieces with the dry ingredients. Then pour in the wet ingredients.
4.
Fold in gently until just blended (do NOT overmix). Bake for 25~30 minutes.
