Don't soak too much to prevent hypertension!
材料
(For 3 or 4 people)
Eggplants
3(350g)
Mentsuyu(staright)(Noodle sause)
150cc
Gated ginger
some

I learned this recipe from my mother and changed a little bit.
1.
Cut eggplants to the proper length.
2.
Fry them with oil
3.
Soak them with ginger in Mentsuyu. Cool in the frege.
