コツ、ポイント
You don't have to use chicken stock, unless you want a rich flavor.
1.
Mince the green onions and fake crab meat.
2.
Put cream cheese, minced green onions, meat to mixing bowl.
3.
Season salt&pepper and chicken stock on #2 and mix together.
4.
Fold into dumpling with wantan skin.
5.
When you close it up, put fingers into cornstarch/water mix.
6.
Deep fry until it brown.
