Crisp the bacon well!
材料
(8 servings)
Green beans, frozen
1 bag (16 oz)
Medium onion, chopped
1/2
Dry white wine or vermouth
1/4 cup
* Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.75 oz)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup
French’s crispy fried onions
1/2 cup

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Fry bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp.
3.
Drain bacon on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.
4.
Drain most of the bacon grease from the pan.
5.
Cook onions in the pan till tender.
6.
Stir in white wine, scraping all of the bits from the bacon.
7.
Mix in the * ingredients and season with salt & pepper.
8.
Stir in green beans and bacon till evenly coated.
9.
Fold in cheese and transfer to 9x3 baking dish.
10.
Sprinkle with French fried onions.
11.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until heated through.
12.
Cover and bake 15-20 minutes till sauce is bubbly.
